Mystic Seaport Museum is America's premiere maritime history museum. Located halfway between New York City and Boston along the banks of the beautiful Mystic River in Mystic, CT. The Museum 18 acre indoor and outdoor campus includes a historic preservation shipyard where shipwright's restore historic  vessels. Stroll through a 19th century riverfront with tradeshops and homes that would have supprorted the golden age of sail. Get out on the water for riverboat rides and explore world class formal exhibits showcasing how the sea connects us all.
